1. Who we are

Ray is operated by Ramus Digital GmbH, Technoparkstrasse 6, 8005 Zürich, Switzerland ("we", "us"). We are the controller responsible for your personal data. Questions? Email sandro.zweig@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

To deliver the service, we process:

• Your WhatsApp number, so we can send your messages.
• Your preferences — delivery time, timezone, and chosen frequency.
• Subscription and billing status, received from our payment provider.
• Basic delivery logs, so we don't send you the same message twice.

3. How we use it

We use your data solely to deliver your subscription, manage your account, respond to your messages, and handle billing. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the providers that run the service: WhatsApp (Meta) to deliver messages, our payment provider (tiun) to process subscriptions, and our hosting and database providers. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as you have an active subscription, and for a reasonable period afterwards as required for legal and accounting purposes. When no longer needed, it is deleted.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Reply STOP in WhatsApp to stop messages, or email us to request deletion of your account. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
